Preface about the atmosphere: the posters about the menu and whatnot were a tad intimidating and confusing. Thankfully we had a tall dark and handsome waiter to assist us. Forgot to get his name! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the set for 2. The starter scallops were flavourful followed by the picanha. No pictures cause we dug into it too quickly. Ordered medium, but one side came out more medium-rare. However that's just how I liked it. I ordered medium just to be on the safer side as some restaurants tend to make it rarer than I like. The desert was not-so-sweet just like how Singaporeans like it. Can certainly believe it's homemade! Overall a wonderful experience the best part is everything is nett priced. There's no price shock when paying!

Used a spoon to TEAR apart the beef cheek, goodness, the tenderness made me go mm MmMm. The gravy, with the tomato taste coming thru at first , was so good, would have like to keep that for the fries. Interspersed with firm radish and soft carrots, this was a textured comforting dish that's my favourite. Tender Owen's Chicken burger and Chicken Parmigiana, although the Parmigiana was on the saltier side due to the seasonings and marinade. Lettuce limp and soaked with salt and vinegar was saved by the and . Amazing, usually cutlets can be dry and hard... Here no GST+SVC CHG, and svc by Hanif is He's been with his boss for 3yrs, although this plc has been running from August. Eager to return for the other delightful dishes. Quite a good assortment of meats with seafood too. Was a quiet Thursday evening in the small simple resto with a chic bar counter, with an interior eating for 20 persons, and outdoor tables for maybe 10 (close group) more. The pack came and went between 6-8pm. Very GLAD to have enjoyed tonight's (13.3.25) fare partially ???? as a promotion strategy, I paid half price for the parmigiana- $6! Eager to return for the half-priced wagyu burger- $11! Wagyu steak is said to be A6-7 grade . And Sarawak laksa with spices direct from the land itself. Last visit was a few months back, had fish and chips and fried oyster mushroom and truffle mushroom salad, just as good as I remembered. Large portion size and the crust on the fish was not thick. Dessert was really yummy! Service from Haniff was great!

My family had the Wagyu Rump Steak (MB 6/7), Wagyu Picanha Steak (MB9+), Sarawak Laksa, Chicken Parmagiana, Truffle Mushroom Pasta and Braised Angus Beef Cheeks over 2 visits. All the dishes were on point, you can really taste the love that has gone into each dish and the homemade flavours that accompanies each component of each dish. Service here is lead by Hanif who runs things at the front of house. He can often be seen hard at work serving the guests or dutifully prepping ingredients for their homemade strawberry tea. Atmosphere slants towards homely cafe decor with good vibes. Overall would give this place a 10/10 for the awesome food, comfortable and relaxing ambience and good service. Recommend everyone to give this place a try and support them. There's something here for every palate! Really hope to see more local businesses like this grow and flourish!

Ordered the wagyu rump 6/7 set. The beef is juicy & tender, one of the best I have tasted. Portion is also just right. Even the fries is nice, the saltiness is just right & goes well with the salad. The strawberry tea does not have added sugar which suits my taste. The set comes with a blueberry compote too. The price is very reasonable, all prices in menu are nett. Also loved the 80’s songs playing in the background, wished the volume could be tuned up a little :)

First heard of Owen's Restaurant from Social Media and decided to try due to their previous promotions. Came back subsequently due to it deliciousness as well as value for money portioning. Wagyu does not come better priced than this and still taste this fantastic. The waiter was patient in answering our queries and friendly in explaining as well. #Value #Hearty Think of this, think of Owen's Restaurant. The food was in my opinion cooked to perfection. We ordered the Wagyu Burger as well as the recommended Chicken Parmigiana and the meats were cooked so nicely that it was juicy and so well marinated. Have been back more that 5-6 times already since then. Kudos~

Chanced upon this place while driving through my neighbourhood. Has a nice cozy ambience, the steak was cooked just nice with the right tenderness, fries was nice but the curly fries were even better. Topped up with a subtle yet delicious desert. My kid had the truffle mushroom pasta and the aroma was really great. Overall real value for money. Well done

We had a wonderful dining experience at Owen’s Restaurant! The food was excellent — the sautéed mushrooms and scallops were full of flavour, and the steak was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. Paired with the crispy golden fries, it was comfort food at its best.
